The industry-leading patch-clamp electrophysiological data acquisition and analysis application, known as the pCLAMP™ Software Suite, is used to control and record voltage-clamp, current-clamp, and patch-clamp investigations. The software bundle comprises of the Clampex 11 data gathering program, the AxoScope 11 background recording software, the Clampfit 11 data analysis software, and the optional Clampfit Advanced Analysis Module.

Tools for Extensive Analysis

Many analysis tools are included in the software, such as 24 cursor pairs for searching for locations of interest, graph displaying tools including the I-V plot and histogram, and more.

Several channels can be controlled more easily thanks to the membrane testwindow's simultaneous display of up to eight channels.

Enhanced Gap-free Mode

A straightforward continuous "chart-recorder" excellent for tracking single channel events, minis, and other unplanned activity. Program digital or analog outputs as well as epochs designed for protocol editors can be used.

Population Spike Analysis*

The amplitude, area under the curve, half-width, decay and rise duration, decay and rise slope, spike coastline, and paired pulses are all automatically calculated by this program.

Action Potential Analysis*

Automatic detection and analysis of amplitude, APD90, rise and decay duration, rise and decay slope, peak-to-peak frequency and time, among other parameters, are provided by this function.

Batch Analysis*

It is not necessary to define parameters for each data set when using macros for batch analysis. Several data sets can be analyzed automatically using saved macros.
