Low-noise incredibly quick digital patch-clamp The greatest amplifier system available is the Sutter dPatch®, which combines the most advanced digital architecture with a modern, user-friendly, yet forceful software platform.
The dPatch® amplifier system's architecture allows switching out headstages or adding a second one to a single-headstage unit, a plug-and-play technique, and it is available in both a single- and dual-headstage configuration. Both the FastFollower™ current clamp and voltage clamp are separately programmable for the two headstages.
The System Features:
- 5 mhz sampling rate, maximum resolution of 22 bits
- No need for active cooling
- Integrated data acquisition implies there is no need for a third-party computer interface.
- The sutterpatch program
- Dynamic clamp
Common Applications:
- Single-channel recordings
- Auditory research and other rapidly changing signals
- Tissue slice recordings
- Experiments with cultured cells
- Studies on cell lines using either adherent or dispersed cells
- Optogenetics
- Research on nanopores and nanogaps
