Sutter Microscope Adapters

There are adapters for microscopes made by Olympus, Nikon, Zeiss, Leica, and other manufacturers.

Lambda Filter wheels

All of the parts required to mount Sutter filter wheels in between the microscope lamp housing and excitation port are included in excitation adapters (suffix EC).

For wheels with 25 mm apertures, please choose adapters with the prefix 10, and for wheels with 32 mm apertures, choose adapters with the prefix 32.

Lambda DG-4/DG-5 PLUS

The only accessory needed for the Lambda DG-4/DG-5 PLUS is a light guide adapter (prefix LG).

Lambda LS and Lambda HPX-L5

It is advised to use the Lambda LS with a light guide adapter (prefix LG) and the optional LLG (Liquid Light Guide).

Large Format Light Guide Adapter

When a demagnification lens is in the emission path, the large format light guide adapter (suffix LF) is required to prevent vignetting in the camera. Customers who want to get rid of vignetting in the eyepiece are advised to use this adaptor.

SmartShutter®

With Sutter's common adapters, the SmartShutter® can be installed on the transmitted light and excitation ports of a microscope.

For easy reference:

• IQ25 Excitation - use adapters that begin with 10
• IQ35 Excitation - use adapters that begin with 32
• IQ25 & IQ35 Transmitted light - use adapters ending with TL

Optical Decks

The Olympus IX3 microscope's infinity space is accessed through optical deck platforms, which also offer a surface for mounting optical and other components. The Sutter 32 mm filterwheel (LB10-W32-Y73 item number) can be installed right on the deck.
