Precise

The precise sampling system features cross roller bearings and a screw rod, paired with a five-phase high-resolution stepper motor and a Link block crafted from aviation aluminum, creating a high-precision sampling system that guarantees section quality. The stable gantry structure design and high-hardness alloy transfer enhance the rigidity of the host, ensuring accurate hard tissue sections. The precise knife holder exhibits minimal positional change after the knife edge is altered by lateral movement. Scales on the knife holder assist in identifying the optimal position for the blade holder.

The dual handwheel lock located atop the handwheel ensures safe sample replacement. Any position can be locked to halt the handwheel, allowing it to be secured at any point, thereby enhancing user safety. The knife guard extends along the entire length of the blade to prevent potential injuries during operation.

The unique visual pointer allows for visible angle adjustments, making sample positioning quicker and more accurate. Multiple devices can be adjusted to the same angle with ease and speed. The small handwheel injection method, combined with the side knob, facilitates slice thickness adjustments, designed ergonomically for greater comfort during operation. The single-turn sampling distance of the small handwheel can be modified to suit individual preferences. The torque at any position remains below 2.5 kgf·cm, ensuring ease of operation, making it user-friendly for extended periods.
