To guarantee proper operation at any angle, the vertical lock and fixation knob are separated.
Scales with laser engraving make reading them easy.
Ear bar locked plate pushing rather than clamping provides greater stability.
The devices have attachment points for a drill, tiny camera, and syringe pump.
