The Model 3800 Programmable 8-Channel Stimulator provides programmable pulses with an accuracy of up to 3 microseconds. The device has a front panel touch screen and supports computer control.
8 CHANNELS. TOUCH SCREEN. COMPUTER CONTROL.
Eight programmable channels are used to deliver series of pulse trains, and an optional SIU is used to scale and convert voltage pulses to constant current.
Each of the 8 totally independent channels is capable of providing
Traditional protocols like Paired Pulses and Stepped Pulses are also delivered by the Model 3800 in addition to monophasic and biphasic pulse trains. Each channel also includes an SUM output, which allows for complex waveform protocols by summing the signals from other channels.
Full Triggering Options Include
Three gate TTL bnc connections are also available, and they can be connected to any channel. There are offered pulse or train TTL sync pulses.
You may combine the timing ranges to produce microsecond pulses every 250 hours (if you require such a schedule! ), by utilizing one channel to trigger another channel.
Both on-board the instrument and internet storage for stimulus program sets are available. Additionally provided are drivers and the MATLAB® and LabVIEW SDK.
This system can generate biphasic pulses of 10 V at constant voltage. It is possible to scale and convert the output into constant current using a Model 3820 stimulus isolation device.
The Windows program or the LCD touch screen can be used to configure every feature of the Model 3800.
