The SAR-830/AP's renowned dependability is based on straightforward operating principles and sturdy design. By gating a known airflow into the lungs during a predetermined inspiratory period, tidal volumes are produced. To create tidal volumes and respiratory rates across a large range, only three controls — respiratory rate, inspiratory time, and flow rate — are required. The lungs are always filled to a specific pressure on each inspiration with CWE's SAR-830/AP as an added feature. Compatible with systems for isoflurane anesthesia.
